We believe in express shipping, and most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement, except on weekends or public holidays. At Miss Indrani, we strive to deliver all products in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within the timeline mentioned on the product page. However, in rare or unforeseen circumstances, a delay of up to 72 hours may occur from the designer/manufacturer. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and begin from the date of dispatch.

Shipping in India
Shipping within India is free of charge. This allows us to maintain service quality while ensuring timely delivery of your products. We partner with reliable courier services such as BlueDart, Ekart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees for deliveries across India.
All domestic orders are shipped by our delivery partners within 24 hours of order placement, from Monday to Saturday. Delivery timelines typically range from a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 7 days, depending on the delivery location.
Important Note
Please do not return any product(s) without receiving a prior confirmation email from the Miss Indrani Customer Support Team.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at help.missindrani.@gmail.com within 24–48 hours of product delivery.
All products must be returned to the Miss Indrani facility in their original condition, original packaging, along with the invoice, and should be securely sealed.
The safe receipt of returned products by Miss Indrani is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it for the reported defects or variations and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken promptly.
