What shipping methods are available?
We ship our orders through trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, Ekart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees, ensuring reliable and timely delivery across India.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number.
Typically, orders are delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on the destination pincode.
Do you offer expedited or express shipping?
Currently, we do not offer overnight or expedited shipping services. All orders are shipped via standard delivery.
How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and details.
Once your order is shipped, a separate email with tracking information will be sent to you.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Shipping addresses can only be updated before the order is dispatched.
Please ensure that your address is complete and accurate, including apartment, suite, or room numbers. Once the order has been shipped, address changes will not be possible.
Do you ship backordered items?
No. We strive to keep all items on our website in stock. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you within 2 working days and issue a full refund for the out-of-stock item.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time of placing the order through our secure payment gateway. All transactions involve real-time authorization.
When will I receive my refund for returned products?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), the refund will be processed via bank transfer only.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. Please allow one billing cycle for the amount to reflect in your account.
