Return Policy

Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Team is always ready to assist you with your queries. We offer returns/exchanges for a period of 2 days from the date of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must not be washed, worn, or altered. The product must be returned with its original tag and packaging bag.

Reverse pick-up will be arranged from our end wherever feasible. In rare cases where reverse pick-up is not possible or the courier partner is unable to provide service, you may be requested to ship the product to our warehouse using a reliable courier service.

You can also contact us through the Contact section to initiate the process. The return and exchange policy links are also mentioned in the footer section of each product page.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it.

In such cases, we may request image or video proof of the package and product. Kindly mention your Order ID and registered email address while submitting your request.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us using the contact form to request cancellation.

Please note: you will not be able to cancel the order from your account on the website.

For prepaid orders, customers are generally eligible for a 100% refund, provided the cancellation request is raised within order dispatch timeline (i.e 11:00 AM).

Miss Indrani reserves the right to verify any order before shipping. This may include requesting verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Conditions for Refunds/Exchanges

The following conditions apply to all refunds, returns, and exchanges:

Customers must raise a return/exchange request via email or the Contact Us section within 2 days of delivery.

Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging are eligible.

Certain items such as “Tip”, “Made to Order”, or “Print on Demand” are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We do not offer refunds for: Rush Processing, Personalised Gifts, Messages, or Shipping Costs.

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI.

In case of approved returns, shipment charges and order processing fees (15% of total order amount) will be deducted from the refund.

Once a refund is issued from our end, it may take up to 2 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

For faster resolution, please follow up on the same email ticket. Queries may be marked as closed after 5 days of inactivity.

After review, we may deny a refund/replacement request in cases such as false claims, quantity mismatch, or incorrect item claims.

Only items that are within the return window and available in stock (same item) are eligible for replacement.

A product that has been exchanged once cannot be exchanged or returned again.

In case of an approved exchange/replacement, we will arrange a reverse pick-up after confirmation through email.

Color Variation Disclaimer

We aim to deliver exactly what is shown on our website. However, due to certain factors, there may be slight differences between the product image displayed online and the product received.

Fabric colors may vary due to differences in photography, lighting, screen resolution, brightness settings, and device display settings. Colors shown online are approximate and may differ slightly in hue, tone, or shade.

Multiple factors affect how a product appears on screen, and these are beyond our control.

What is the Timeline for Refund? 

For canceled orders, refunds will be processed within 2 business days. If your order is in transit, we are not able to process your order cancellation or refund request.

For returned products, refunds will be processed only after the product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality check.

Please do not return any product(s) without receiving a confirmation email from our Customer Support Team.

All products must be returned in their original condition, original packaging, along with the invoice, and must be securely sealed before shipping.

We will inspect all returned items for the reported defects/variations and ensure the necessary corrective steps are taken.

Note: Duties or taxes may apply while returning items. Please do not ship any products without contacting our customer support first, as we will not be responsible for any duties/taxes arising due to return shipments.
